Fertility coach, author and creator of The Restoration Model — helping individuals and couples understand the internal environment that fertility depends upon.

Introduction
A Different Way of Looking at Fertility
Jonathan Jackson is a London-based fertility coach, author and creator of The Restoration Model. He works with individuals and couples who are preparing for conception, trying to conceive, or who feel their fertility has not yet been looked at as a whole picture.
His interest in health began long before his formal training. Over more than three decades, Jonathan has studied and worked across nutrition, lifestyle medicine, fitness, coaching and integrative health — building an understanding of the body that goes well beyond any single discipline. That broad foundation shapes everything he does with clients today.
Jonathan holds a BSc in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. He is also a qualified CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, NLP Practitioner and EFT Practitioner, and has spent over 25 years studying the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle and human health. He is the author of Drop in the Ocean and creator of The Restoration Model.
His work is focused on fertility coaching — structured, practical and grounded in the understanding that fertility is a whole-body outcome. He works with clients in London and online, and with both partners in a couple.
“Fertility is not a separate department. It is the outcome of everything happening inside the body — and that is exactly where the work begins.”
Jonathan’s Philosophy
Fertility Reflects the Internal Environment
The most important thing to understand about fertility is that it is not separate from the rest of the body. It does not function in isolation. It reflects the internal environment — the state of the systems that support it, nourish it and allow it to function.
Nutrition, digestion, metabolism, sleep, stress, recovery and hormonal health are not independent of one another. They operate as an interconnected whole. When one system is under sustained pressure, the others must compensate — and reproductive function can become harder for the body to prioritise.
Jonathan’s approach starts from this understanding. Rather than addressing fertility as a single variable, he works through the foundations — assessing where the body is under strain, where nutrient availability is limited, where recovery is insufficient, and where the nervous system is working against reproductive function rather than supporting it.
The goal is not perfection. It is a meaningful, sustained improvement in the internal conditions that fertility depends upon — built gradually, practically and with clear purpose.
Nutrient density matters
The body needs raw materials to produce hormones, repair tissue and support egg quality, sperm health and cellular function. Without sufficient nutritional foundation, the reproductive system cannot operate at its best.
Absorption is as important as intake
Digestive function determines how much of what you eat actually reaches the tissues that need it. Poor absorption can undermine even the most considered diet.
The nervous system is not a side issue
Chronic stress and poor recovery place the body in a state that suppresses reproductive function. Addressing how the nervous system is regulated is central, not optional.
Both partners are part of the picture
Male fertility — sperm health, count, motility and morphology — is half of the biological equation. Jonathan works with couples as a unit, not just one half of the partnership.
The Framework
The Restoration Model
Jonathan created The Restoration Model as a structured, practical framework for working through the foundations of fertility. Rather than addressing isolated symptoms, the model works through the interconnected systems that shape reproductive health from the inside out.
Restore Nutritional Status
Building the nutritional foundation the body needs — the raw materials for hormonal production, egg quality, sperm health and cellular repair. Targeted, practical and sustainable for real life.
Rebuild Digestive Function
Optimising how the body absorbs and utilises what is eaten. Eating well is only the beginning — the body must be able to extract and deliver what it needs at a cellular level.
Stabilise Metabolic Function
Blood sugar regulation, energy balance and metabolic health form the foundation beneath hormonal function. Instability here creates upstream disruption across the reproductive system.
Regulate Stress & Recovery
Working through the nervous system, sleep quality and recovery — reducing the physiological burden that chronic stress places on the body and creating the conditions for hormonal balance to take hold.
Maintain Consistency
The body responds to sustained, consistent input — not short-term effort. This layer is about building habits and understanding that hold over time, with accountability and structured support throughout.
Background & Training
Qualifications & Experience
Jonathan’s training spans several disciplines, all of which inform his whole-body approach to fertility coaching. His work is coaching, education and structured lifestyle support, rather than medical diagnosis or treatment. But the depth of his background means that support is grounded in real physiological understanding.
He has spent over 25 years studying nutrition and lifestyle medicine, and over 30 years working in health and fitness — which means his knowledge is practical as well as informed.

Who Jonathan Works With
Jonathan works with people at different stages — those just beginning to think about fertility, and those who have been trying for some time without clear answers. What they share is a desire to understand and improve their internal environment.
Couples preparing for conception
Who want to understand and improve their fertility foundations before they begin trying — giving themselves the best possible biological starting point.
Individuals and couples trying to conceive
Who want structured, intelligent support to work through the foundations — and a clear framework to follow rather than generic lifestyle advice.
Men wanting to improve sperm health
Sperm health is one of the most improvable fertility variables — and one of the most overlooked. Jonathan works with men directly, not just as part of a couple.
Women improving their internal environment
Who want to understand the nutritional, hormonal and lifestyle factors that influence egg quality, cycle health and reproductive function — and work on them with structure and support.
People who feel the whole picture has been missed
Who have done the standard tests, followed conventional advice and still feel something has been overlooked — and want to approach fertility from a genuinely different angle.
London-based or online
Jonathan works with clients in person in London and via video for those based elsewhere in the UK or internationally. Both options provide the same level of support.

The Book
Drop in the Ocean
Drop in the Ocean is the foundational text behind The Restoration Model — written for anyone who wants to understand the deeper biological story of their fertility without jargon, overwhelm or oversimplification.
“The first step into a different way of thinking about fertility — and your body.”
Many clients read it before their first session and say it changed how they understood everything. It is not a protocol or a prescription — it is a clear, considered explanation of how the body’s systems relate to fertility, and why the foundations matter so much.
