This Program Is About Health
This isn’t a fitness programme or a standard training plan.
It’s private, 1-to-1 work focused on your overall health. I use training, nutrition, and lifestyle in a sensible way to support how your body actually functions, not just how it looks.

How It Works
Step 1 - Apply
You complete a short application so I can understand your background, current health concerns, and what you’re looking to improve.
Step 2 - Private Consultation
If it looks like a good fit, we’ll arrange a private consultation to discuss your situation and decide whether this approach is appropriate for you.
Step 3 - Begin the work
If we decide to work together, we begin a personalised, one-to-one approach focused on your health, how your body copes, and your long-term wellbeing.

About Jonathan
I’ve worked in health, training, and nutrition for over 26 years, supporting people in midlife and beyond to improve their health in a realistic and considered way.
My work is health-first, individualised, and grounded in experience rather than trends. I don’t follow fixed program's or extremes — everything is adapted to the person in front of me and what is most appropriate for their health.
I work privately with a small number of clients at a time and focus on long-term outcomes, consistency, and helping people feel more capable and confident in their bodies as they age.
